Zachary Britt is a commercial real estate broker specializing in multifamily investment sales across North and South Carolina. He founded Britt Commercial Real Estate to serve a segment of the market that has historically been underserved by both large institutional firms and small generalist shops: private investors and small syndicators who own or are acquiring 5–100 unit apartment buildings.
Zach's approach is built on a simple premise: the owners of smaller multifamily assets deserve the same quality of market analysis, transaction strategy, and personal attention that institutional sellers receive from their advisors. He is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina and focuses exclusively on the multifamily asset class. His market coverage spans the Charlotte MSA, the Research Triangle, the Triad, Upstate SC, Columbia, and the Coastal Carolinas — markets he tracks continuously through direct owner relationships, transaction data, and on-the-ground research.
